We strive for accurate descriptions and pricing but reserve the right to correct errors.
2. Ordering and Payment
Orders are confirmed upon full payment.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and third-party payment gateways.
Payment information provided must be accurate and authorised.
3. Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched from our base in Australia within 3–5 business days.
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service. Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. International shipping times depend on the destination and customs.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once dispatched.
We are not responsible for customs duties or taxes for international shipments.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at khushzouq@gmail.com, including order details and photographs.
For damaged or faulty items, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit. Return shipping costs for damaged goods are covered by us.
5. Pre-Orders
Some limited-edition items may be available for pre-order.
Payment is required at the time of pre-order to secure the product.
Estimated delivery times for pre-orders will be provided, but delays can occur. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
Cancellations of pre-orders are only possible within 24 hours of order placement.

Payment information is processed securely and not stored by Khush Zouq.
